Initial Consultation for Personal Training (In person or virtual)

40 minutes: Free

A consultation wherein we will discuss your goals and aspirations. Some background information concerning health history, nutrition and previous fitness experience will be examined. Some paperwork to fill out. Here we will look at your lifestyle goals and come up with an appropriate training plan to follow for success.

This is necessary to complete before committing to any personal training/ fitness plan to address any health concerns and/ or injuries.

In Person Training 1-on-1

  • Warm up, workout and cool down
  • 50 minute duration
  • Technique coaching
  • New exercises
  • Program revamping
  • Tailored to your needs and goals

Hybrid Training/ Online Coaching

  • Cheaper alternative for someone who doesn't want to hire a personal trainer for each and every session
  • Workouts programmed and assigned to you weekly 
  • In person check in every 4 weeks at the gym to go over new exercises, monitor form and gauge progress
  • Option to choose from 2, 3 or 4 workouts per week depending on your availability and level of commitment 
  • Recovery strategies suggested 
  • Check ins via email weekly with the freedom to reach out with any questions for help
